At the last business meeting it was decided that, as the Thurs evening social events weren’t very popular, we should try a weekend – so we will have an afternoon gathering at Orchard Park Community Centre, from 12.30 – 4pm on Sat 8th March.
It will be a bring-and-share lunch, with time for chats, celebration of the funding
finally arriving, sharing ideas,maybe even a few games. There is a play area outside for the children if it finally stops raining.
We need to pay for the room, so contributions – £2 or £3 per person suggested – will be very welcome.
This event has been moved to 8th March and will be held from noon to 4 pm at the Orchard Park community centre.
