The weather forecast for tomorrow does not favour a riverside picnic – rain is forecast from 10am-8pm.
The new venue is Miranda and Joe’s house. Please Email for directions.
The plan is to have a cake picnic on Ditton Meadows (directions below) with accompanying ball games, drinks of pimms and other summery activities. We’ll meet at around 3pm. Please bring cake, drinks & any suitable games. I’ll create some sort of K1 flag so we’re easy to find. All are welcome so if you’ve got any relatives/friends with you that day please bring them along!
By Bike/Walking – travel on south side of river & under the railway bridge. When the path veers away from the river go straight ahead over the tiny bridge onto Ditton Meadows.
By car – drive to Fen Ditton and park on the High Street (there are parking bays on the left about half way down). At the very end of the High Street is a gate/stile onto Ditton Meadows. Walk towards the river.
